Community Involvement
Why have I been involved? Why do I care so much about this city and community? I was taught it is an honor to be engaged in ones community and truly make it the best place for all. Knoxville is that place, where dreams come true and a vision of great schools, great neighborhoods, great people, and great partnerships are what keep it strong. I want to live a legacy, not wait until I get older, not act when things are good but truly perform everyday to have an impact on making my community the best. I’m active because I want to live a legacy now until I’m called away and I want my community to be one that values all. We live our legacy everyday and so I ask what are you doing for others? How will you live your legacy? I answer both of those by doing something for my community whether working with youth to being involved with civic groups. I will live my legacy by doing for others and making an impact on my community to perform at its best!
